My name is Fiona and I have lived along the South Coast the majority of my life.
I gained my Diploma in Thai Yoga Massage, through a Sunshine Network Trainer, and also have a Level 3 VTCT in Anatomy and Physiology. I'm fully insured and also a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapies.
The treatment room in Seaford is in a calm and relaxing atmosphere by the Cuckmere Valley.

Full body Thai Yoga Massage

How Does the Session Look?
Thai Yoga Massage is done on a firm futon or mat on the floor with the client dressed in light clothes. Typically a session lasts between 1 - 2 hours, but can also be longer if needed.
The practitioner uses his or her thumbs, palms, elbows, knees and feet to apply a combination of acupressure, gentle rocking and twisting, joint and spine mobilisations and assisted yoga stretches. With the therapist using bodyweight instead of strength and a steady and meditative rhythm, Thai Yoga Massage looks and feels like a graceful dance between giver and receiver.
Thai Foot massage
Benefits
Thai Foot Massage is a massage of the feet and lower legs. Thai foot massage is both invigorating and deeply relaxing and involves hands on massage, using stretching and acupressure to stimulate reflex points. Thai Foot Massage is great for tired feet, improving circulation and lymph movement in the feet and lower legs, and improving flexibility.
How does the session look?
The massage is done on a massage table and includes the use of a traditional Thai foot massage stick as well as using the palms, fingers, thumbs and knuckles to work the feet.
Head neck and shoulder massage
Benefits
Tension builds up in the neck and shoulder area leading to stiffness and reduction in mobility. By concentrating around this area with stretches used in Thai massage, and using massage oils. Tension and stiffness can be alleviated.
How does the session look?
The massage is done on a table with the top half of clothes removed. Laying on your front to start and then onto your back with a towel across your chest leaving your shoulder area open for your massage through to the top of the head. Oils are used throughout the area.
Head, neck, shoulder and back massage
Benefits
Tension builds up in the neck and shoulder area leading to stiffness and reduction in mobility. Extending into the lower back and arms to relax tired muscles. By concentrating around this area with stretches used in Thai massage, and using massage oils. Tension and stiffness can be alleviated.

The massage is done on a table with the top half of clothes removed. Laying on your front to start and then onto your back with a towel across your chest leaving your shoulder area open for your massage through to the top of the head. Oils are used throughout the area.
Fusion Thai and Oil Massage
Benefits
The fusion of Thai massage stretches alongside oil massage. This massage technique provides the physical level of massaging tired muscles along with stimulating the energy lines used in Thai massage.
How does the session look?
This massage is done on a table with clothes removed (except for Thai trousers which are provided), covered by towels. Starting face down feet, legs, arms and back are all massaged using various Thai techniques and aromatherapy oil massage. Transition onto your back to massage the tops of the feet and legs then stomach, arms, shoulders, neck and head.
